Position Overview:

This role will be responsible for leading performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels, developing, executing, and managing paid marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, maximize return on investment (ROI), and scale our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with expertise in paid media, analytics, and campaign optimization.
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead the creation and management of paid campaigns across platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, ensuring campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta, and other channels).
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
