Lead Position

A strategic lead is sought to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of AI/ML models across various financial domains.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate AI/ML models independently, encompassing traditional and Generative AI models.
  • Oversee thorough validations to guarantee model accuracy and reliability.
  • Drive AI validation projects by conceptualizing, planning, and executing them for successful implementation and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Mentor and develop team members to build a robust, knowledgeable team.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in model validation or Model Risk Management within the banking and financial services domain.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AI techniques, including Machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning.
  • Experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in supervising projects and team members.
  • Foundational knowledge of Generative AI and advanced level programming in Python and SQL.
