We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Integration Expert to join our team. As a key member of our integration team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing seamless integration solutions using Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop integrationsolutions using Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies
  • Utilize expertise in Agile methodology to drive project delivery
  • Maintain excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Work effectively in a matrixed setup of a global organization

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing strong understanding of web services, RESTful APIs, XML, and JSON
  • Maintaining technical knowledge in BIP, OTBI, HCM Extract, API, HDL, HSDL
  • Functional expertise on other HCM modules is highly desirable
  • Expertise in Personalization (sandbox) and Functional Setup Manager usage

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 4+ years of TechnoFunctional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
  • Extensive knowledge in Hire to Retire business process. Exposure to Data & Integration module is required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
