Key Objectives

  • Tax Compliance: Verify and record all PC, supplier invoices, and other TDS related bills with supporting documents to ensure accurate statutory deductions.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly statements of TDS with TDS reconciliation and submit them for approval.
  • Liability Management: Prepare PC/labor liability statements and submit them to the finance head for approval of labor and PC payments.
  • Supplier Management: Prepare supplier liability statements within specified periods as per guidelines.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Prepare bank reconciliations and update fixed assets registers on a monthly basis.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory dues (TDS, PF, Service Tax, ESI) and remit payments to headquarters.
  • GST Compliance: Monitor and reconcile GSTR 2B & 3B and GSTR 1.
  • Budgeting and Reporting: Implement budgets, report variances to management on a monthly basis, and prepare profitability statements, cash flow, and reconciliation reports.
  • Credit Management: Monitor and prepare BGs, LCs, corporate guarantees, and bonds with clients and banks.
  • SAP Expertise: Work experience in SAP environment is required.
