Land Acquisition Manager">

We are seeking a results-driven Land Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our land sourcing and acquisition strategy.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing high-value land parcels in targeted micro-markets, evaluating feasibility, engaging with industry professionals, and facilitating the entire acquisition process.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate land parcels in pre-defined target micro-markets.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, brokers, and landowners.
  • Actively track market opportunities and upcoming transactions.
  • Conduct initial due diligence, including land title, zoning, FSI potential, and development control regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare feasibility studies, financial models, and market assessments.
  • Assess alignment of land parcels with our product design and business model.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings between key stakeholders, including legal, finance, and management teams.
  • Work with external experts to ensure smooth execution of deals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or investment.
  • Strong knowledge of local development regulations and land acquisition processes.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing land transactions.
  • Established network with industry professionals, brokers, and landowners.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
