Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sourcing and Procurement Specialist to oversee the end-to-end vendor and supply chain process for our rapidly expanding health supplements, cosmetics, food & nutraceuticals brand.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with exceptional negotiation skills and experience in managing complex relationships with third-party manufacturers, private label suppliers, and raw material vendors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving cost optimization, ensuring quality compliance, and mitigating supply disruptions. Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and relationship management abilities are essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4–10 years of experience in sourcing/procurement/vendor management in FMCG, cosmetics, nutrition, personal care, or consumer goods industries.
  • Proven ability to negotiate with third-party manufacturers, private label suppliers, and raw material vendors.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain operations, and vendor compliance.
  • Exposure to certifications/regulatory requirements (FSSAI, GMP, ISO, FDA, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and relationship management skills.
