Job Title: Assistant Vice President

Job Summary:
Ready2hire Recruitment Consultant is seeking a seasoned technology leader to spearhead the development and implementation of technology solutions that align with our organization's goals. As Assistant Vice President, you will be responsible for leading the technology strategy, overseeing project execution, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership
• Develop and execute the technology vision and strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for technology-driven enhancements.

Team Management
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Project Oversight
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Technology Governance
• Establish and enforce technology policies, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and security.

Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as a liaison between technology and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to support business needs.

Budget Management
• Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Emerging Technologies
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating and recommending new tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.

Risk Management
• Identify potential risks related to technology and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing large-scale technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and data privacy standards.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in [specific industry or technology relevant to the organization].
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or similar.
