Job Overview

As a senior infrastructure architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing cutting-edge data center solutions for our clients. Your expertise in virtualization, cloud platforms, and network security will enable us to deliver scalable and secure systems that meet the evolving needs of our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end data center solutions, including compute, storage, networking, and disaster recovery systems.
  • Create scalable and secure designs for both on-premises and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with cloud teams to design and integrate hybrid data center solutions.
  • Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in resolving complex issues and direct operation team for resolution.

Requirements
  • Maintains a high degree of technical readiness, in order to be successfully prepared to support the delivery of customer engagements using the latest technologies. Analyzing Risks, Gaps in existing environment and resolve them. Should have capability to influence others to achieve results
  • Take responsibility of one or more than one customer as Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
  • Apply deep and broad technical background and knowledge of industry trends to operate several critical or high-risk technology areas/customer groups. Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create superior solutions.
  • Good understanding ITSM methodology, Especially Incident, Problem, Change management.
