Financial Planning Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Analyst to support and enhance our Oracle EPM Cloud applications—Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (ePBCS) and Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management (ePCM) . This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, data integrity, and continuous improvement of our financial systems.
The ideal candidate will bring a hybrid of functional and technical expertise, with a strong foundation in financial planning and a passion for optimizing enterprise performance tools. They will administer and maintain Oracle ePBCS and ePCM environments, ensuring system availability and performance. Additionally, they will manage and monitor data loads using tools such as FDMEE , Data Exchange , Data Pipeline , and Data Integration .
This Senior Analyst will also perform rigorous data validation to ensure completeness and accuracy across planning and profitability models vs. Source Systems. Furthermore, they will develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user training documentation. They will provide day-to-day support to finance users, resolving issues and answering functional/system-related queries.
This role involves creating & optimizing new processes and automating existing processes in the Oracle EPM environment including the Monthly Patch testing requirements in both systems.
