Role Overview:

As our UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for developing seamless, user-centered design solutions that drive business outcomes. You'll work closely with product stakeholders to translate ideas into minimalistic, modern interfaces that enhance usability and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for our product's user experience and visual identity.
  • Create and maintain a clean, modern design system that reflects our brand values.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
  • Optimize web interfaces for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging UX methodologies.
  • Continuously analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improving engagement and conversion.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing minimalistic website designs with a focus on usability and simplicity.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
  • Experience with user research methods, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
