We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Expert to join our Customer Success Team
- You will work on a cutting-edge product in its early stages, driving innovation in software development and improving performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- You will participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide on technologies.
- You will review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices.
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years of experience in product development, architecture, and design.
- A passion for learning and self-improvement.
- Mentoring and supporting skills, including code reviews and process leadership.
- Experience working in agile teams and as a self-starter.
- Exceptional coding skills.
