Job Title: Software Development Expert

About the Company:

We are a fast-growing e-commerce organization that builds and manages multiple online brands. Our technology architecture is complex and comprises high-traffic eCommerce websites, business analytics for product selection, customer growth, and retention, ERP software for global operations, and modules across all functions.

We seek an analytical and results-driven back-end developer to troubleshoot and improve current applications and processes. You will use your understanding of programming languages and tools to analyze code and industry developments, formulate efficient processes, solve problems, and create a seamless user experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, computer, and project management skills. They should be focused on building better programs and creating a better end-user experience. Knowledge, collaboration, and motivation are essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze data, processes, and code to identify areas for improvement
  2. Collaborate with team members to establish objectives and design cohesive code
  3. Develop new programs and features by monitoring industry trends
  4. Record data and report it to stakeholders
  5. Participate in continuing education and training

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer programming or a related field
  • 10-14 years of experience with primary expertise in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript
  • Strong understanding of web development and programming techniques
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
