Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned customer success professional to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers and driving business growth.
- Serve as the primary contact liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams.
- Help customers develop strategic plans, outlining critical goals and key performance indicators, and provide guidance in achieving these objectives.
- Collaborate with Account management teams to secure contract renewals.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for expanding usage across the customer's organization.
- Lead pilots for upsells and participate in results presentations, QBRs, and ABRs with key accounts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success/project management role with a proven track record of success.
- Technical experience in the cybersecurity field with good analytical and project management skills.
- Proactive approach to problem solving with the ability to make independent decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience working with enterprise clients, driving customer success, and exceeding performance targets.
