Senior MEP Infrastructure Specialist

As a seasoned Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) expert, you will oversee the installation and commissioning of various systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, electrical, and ELV systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management principles, applicable codes and standards, and hands-on experience in managing contractors and subcontractors on large-scale hospitality projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site MEP activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and timelines.
• Monitor the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Review MEP design and construction drawings, identify technical issues, and propose solutions.
• Ensure all MEP works are carried out in accordance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP works.
• Prepare daily, weekly progress reports and provide updates to the Project Manager.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor quality and adherence to technical standards.
• Manage and resolve technical challenges and site issues effectively and efficiently.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP supervision with a proven track record in hotel construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, project management principles, and applicable codes and standards.
• Hands-on experience in managing contractors and subcontractors on large-scale hospitality projects.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and using MS Office, familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.
