Mep Engineer

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all on-site MEP activities to ensure compliance with project specifications drawings and timelines Monitor the installation testing and commissioning of MEP systems including HVAC plumbing fire fighting electrical and ELV systems Review MEP design and construction drawings identify technical issues and propose solutions Ensure all MEP works are carried out in accordance with safety standards and statutory requirements Coordinate with contractors consultants vendors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP works Prepare daily weekly progress reports and provide updates to the Project Manager Conduct site inspections to monitor quality and adherence to technical standards Manage and resolve technical challenges and site issues effectively and efficiently Qualifications Experience Education Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Electrical or relevant Engineering discipline from a recognized institution Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP supervision with a proven track record in hotel construction projects Strong knowledge of MEP systems project management principles and applicable codes and standards Hands-on experience in managing contractors and subcontractors on large-scale hospitality projects Proficient in reading technical drawings and using MS Office familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
