Responsibilities Manage site store operations for construction materials tools and equipment Maintain accurate records of inward outward materials and stock levels Coordinate with the purchase and project teams for material planning Ensure safe storage proper stacking and easy traceability of materials Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system records Monitor material usage to avoid wastage and pilferage Prepare daily and monthly stock reports for management Handle vendor deliveries and check material quality and quantity on receipt Requirements Experience in handling construction material stores at project sites Good knowledge of building materials fittings and MEP items Familiar with store software ERP systems and MS Excel Strong organizational and reporting skills Ability to work independently and manage a small team Job Type Full-time Pay 11 745 77 - 40 756 90 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
