Test Data Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Test Data Management Expert to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires the ability to design, develop, and optimize Test Data Management (TDM) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have good experience in IBM Optim, Gen rocket, K2View TDM tool, and be able to write and execute complex SQL queries and PLSQL stored procedures.

This role involves participating in functional as well as technical discussions with the client/team to understand functional/design specifications, highlighting performance concerns, inconsistencies, preparing automated test scripts, maintaining test case suite, ensuring the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place/kept up to date.

The selected candidate will develop and continuously improve automated tests as new system features/enhancements are developed, create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on-time delivery as per the defined quality standards.

This includes creating reusable/scalable test automation framework, developing test strategies/plans, maintaining test data, and submitting status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.

The successful candidate will also develop/guide and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
