Senior Business Manager Role

The role of Senior Business Manager involves preparing and executing an annual operating plan to tap into new market opportunities. This includes achieving revenue targets through consistent performance throughout the year, ensuring profitable business growth, and expanding services in selected segments.

To accomplish this, the Senior Business Manager must ensure timely implementation of corporate credit policy, convert built-up data into actionable insights, and optimize base/branch operations by effective execution of systems and processes.

The Senior Business Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include managing customer contact and relations, optimizing sales and service colleagues, controlling costs, managing general administration, working closely with other functions, building team capabilities, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

In addition, the Senior Business Manager must analyze competitors' activities, plan strategies to meet challenges, and report to relevant authorities. They must also ensure on-time service delivery with precision and pace, identify service gaps, and implement continuous monitoring and improvement plans.

As part of their duties, the Senior Business Manager will work closely with other departments to drive business growth and improve overall efficiency.
