Comprehensive Banking Operations Trainer

The Senior Trainer - Banking Operations role involves designing, developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance the operational effectiveness and compliance knowledge of banking staff.
Main Responsibilities- Design and deliver training programs covering core banking operations including account services, payments, trade finance, AML, KYC, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct induction training for new joiners and refresher courses for existing staff.
- Utilize various training methodologies including classroom, virtual, and blended learning.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, operational workflows, risk and compliance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt training styles to suit different learning needs.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Collaborative, with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; professional certifications preferred (e.g., CAMS, CDCS).
- 10-15 years of experience in banking operations, with at least 3 years in a training or leadership role.
