Job Description

About the Graduate Trainee Role:

We are looking for talented individuals passionate about online reputation management with strong understanding of social media platforms and online marketing.

Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing ORM strategies to enhance clients' online reputation, monitoring and managing online reviews, forums, and discussions across multiple platforms, and responding to negative sentiment or mentions to mitigate potential risks.

You will also track performance, measure sentiment, and identify trends using ORM tools and prepare detailed reports highlighting insights and recommendations.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.

You should have strong skills in online reputation management, social media, and online marketing.
