Senior Electronic Trading Specialist

Unlock your FIX protocol expertise and take on a challenging role as a Senior Electronic Trading Specialist.
As a member of our global FIX Connectivity team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients. Your day-to-day interactions will involve communication with tech teams at client/broker organizations and their technology vendors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing in-depth knowledge of the FIX protocol (version 4.2/4.4)
- Programming skills using languages such as Java, C++, C, or Python
- Experience with Unix/Linux-based operating systems and database management systems like Oracle/SQL
- Understanding of TCP/IP concepts and network protocols
- Knowledge of electronic trading environments, including Equities, Futures, Options, FX, and other asset classes
- Ability to train and mentor junior team members
- Previous experience with Jira for project tracking and Confluence for documentation is a plus
Preferred qualifications include:
- Scripting knowledge in Shell or Python
- Familiarity with Algorithmic Trading
- Previous experience with OMS/EMS, exchanges, or trading firms would be beneficial
