Job Title: Visionary LeaderJoin us and drive the pre-sales strategy, working closely with the Global Head of Presales and Solution Consulting to achieve business objectives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the pre-sales strategy in alignment with business objectives, working closely with the Global Head – Presales & Solution Consulting.
  • Lead initiatives to continuously improve the Presales Centre of Excellence by bringing in best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive insights to guide solution strategy and positioning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education & Experience: MBA with 10+ years of experience in presales & solution consulting preferably from IT products (supply chain solutions).

  • Collaborate with Sales and other internal teams to create fit-for-purpose solutions that align with client needs and business goals.
  • Lead complex / large / strategic opportunities with a hands-on approach to support RFPs, solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, etc. to showcase the value proposition.
  • Provide consultative support during the sales process, offering deep insights into solution value proposition, best practices, solution scalability, and RoI.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients through complex decision-making processes, offering expertise on how to drive the most value from the proposed solutions.

Strategic Advisory:

Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, offering insights into best practices and industry trends.

  • As a champion of all Beroe solutions, identify opportunities for business transformation or operational optimization and propose long-term transformation strategies for clients.
  • Advise on change management strategies and long-term solution scalability.
Marketing Initiatives:

Work closely with Customer Success team to understand the dynamics of client engagements and create compelling case studies articulating the value delivered.

  • For strategic accounts, articulate the ROI delivered by Beroe's solutions through representative scenarios.
  • Lead the creation of industry specific solution pitches to bring in more contextualization in the value proposition.
