Full Stack Team Lead Position

About This Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end project teams and take ownership of delivery and architecture. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for leading teams of 3 to 15 members, focusing on delivery and architecture.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in hiring, mentoring, and performance reviews, with a strong background in banking domain experience. Agile delivery experience is essential for this position.

Your Key Responsibilities:
