AI Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the execution of cross-functional and cross-product initiatives to build state-of-the-art conversational AI products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a Comprehensive Product Roadmap: Align with our vision and business goals by developing a thorough product roadmap that drives strategic growth.
  • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with multiple teams and product domains to execute projects that align with our company's mission.
  • Facilitate Project Planning Sessions: Identify project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria through collaborative planning sessions.
  • Coordinate Resources: Ensure flawless project execution and timely delivery by coordinating internal and external resources.
  • Manage Project Scope, Schedules, and Costs: Adapt to evolving priorities while managing project scope, schedules, and costs.
  • Track and Report Project Performance: Utilize relevant tools and metrics to track and report on project performance.
  • Ensure Release Readiness: Coordinate across teams to ensure well-documented, coordinated, and supported product launches.
  • Bridge Between Teams and Clients: Act as the bridge between engineering and product teams, and external clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, escalating issues to leadership as needed.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
  • Data Analysis for Process Improvement: Perform data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Project Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain detailed project documentation and reporting.
