**Lead GenAI Engineer Position Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Lead GenAI Engineer to design and implement the architecture of our AI Agent platforms, ensuring they are cost-efficient and aligned with our overall architectural vision.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing the architecture of AI Agent platforms to optimize their performance and scalability.
  • Implementing major components of the product to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Taking ownership of delivery timelines and coordinating complete development projects.
  • Overseeing product releases and scaling infrastructure to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Communicating clear goals, providing feedback, and managing engineering teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Maintaining high standards of code quality through regular design and code reviews to ensure consistency and reliability.

Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Proven expertise in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Strong knowledge of RAG pipelines (retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, knowledge graphs) to improve AI model performance.
  • Experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Track record of scaling services to 200K+ MAUs or equivalent scale to demonstrate ability to handle large user bases.
  • 4+ years of engineering experience with leadership in technical decision-making to drive project success.
  • Strong communication skills and collaboration across teams to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field to provide a solid foundation in technical skills.
  • Experience in Node.js and modern front-end frameworks is a plus to enhance technical capabilities.
