Role Overview

As an Enterprise Platform Configuration Specialist at Astellas Pharma Inc., you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization. Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Development and Configuration: Design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization.
  • System Integration: Ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems to enhance data flow and business processes.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Regularly monitor the performance of business platforms, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • User Support and Training: Provide technical support to platform users, resolve issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure users can effectively utilize the platforms.
  • Innovative Contributions: Actively participate in and contribute to various initiatives, applying your specialized skills to achieve objectives and expected value.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members within the subdivision and across other digital and business units.
  • Continuous Learning: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in a specific area of expertise.

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, e.g., Computer Science, Data Science.
  • Demonstrated experience in specific areas of digital capability.
  • Business Process Understanding: Knowledge of key business processes and how enterprise platforms and systems support these processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies, e.g., ABAP, EDI, XML, is highly beneficial.
