Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor platform performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations
  • Provide technical support to platform users and conduct training sessions
  • Participate in and contribute to various initiatives, applying specialized skills to achieve objectives
  • Collaborate with team members and engage in continuous learning and professional development
  • Contribute innovative ideas and approaches to enhance project outcomes and digital capabilities
  • Regularly report on progress and outcomes to the Capability Lead and team members

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, e.g., Computer Science, Data Science
  • Demonstrated experience in a specific area of digital capability
  • Business process understanding and knowledge of key business processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies, e.g., ABAP, EDI, XML
  • Agile and adaptable to changing environments and project scopes
  • Strong knowledge in SAP materials management/logistics execution functionality
  • In-depth knowledge of various procurement processes
  • Good knowledge of SAP-ITM/GTS for denied party, import/export, licenses, and INTRASTAT
  • Significant hands-on SAP experience in configuration and testing of Supply Chain modules
  • Extensive knowledge of integration with 3PL warehouse solutions, Supplier Portals, Track and Trace, and similar other logistics 3rd party systems
  • Great knowledge of technical tools and architecture like ABAP, Smart Forms, (Web)RFC, SAP BTP, Gen-AI, ML
  • Keep up to date and integrate on the SAP innovations and functionalities
