Leading Agile Transformation
Job OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to spearhead our Agile transformation. This is a critical role that will empower cross-functional teams to adopt and optimize development methods.
The ideal candidate will mentor team members on best engineering practices and delivery methods, leveraging their hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and planning techniques.
A key responsibility of this role is managing 4-5 cross-functional teams, tracking product and sprint progress, and managing dependencies.
Key Qualifications- Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies
- Planning techniques
- One or more certifications, such as CSM, PSM, or Safe6
- Solid understanding of SDLC procedures
This role offers the opportunity to drive change in core operational processes, lead all team events and ceremonies, and support continuous improvement through techniques like Story Points and Weighted Shortest Job First.
