As a Business Development Manager at IndustryARC, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement and New Business Development:

I. Conduct business development activities to achieve individual revenue targets and key performance indicators.

II. Forge relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and identify new opportunities.

Account Development:

I. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and increase revenue streams.

Internal Working Practices and Communication:

I. Manage sales pipelines to ensure effective sales processes and achieve personal targets.

Knowledge and Expertise:

I. Develop a comprehensive understanding of IndustryARC's sales process and market dynamics to identify key business opportunities.

Additional Responsibilities:

I. Develop sales strategies, forecasts, and business plans to drive growth.

II. Develop and maintain strategic alliances to expand IndustryARC's reach and capabilities.

III. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

IV. Retain existing customers and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

I. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a creative and innovative flair.

II. Proven ability to generate 'on target' personal sales and report accurate sales/pipeline data.

III. Tenacious, persistent, and professional attitude with high influencing skills.

IV. Proven business-to-business services-based international sales experience in a fast-paced environment.

VI. Consultative sales approach and understanding of business-to-business service sales process/structure.

VII. Previous experience of generating new business from a telesales process and nurturing existing business relationships.
