We are seeking a linguistics professional to contribute to the development of advanced AI technology solutions.

  • This role involves creating and editing linguistically rich content for NLP pipelines, identifying and resolving issues related to ambiguity, bias, and grammaticality, and performing quality assurance on model outputs.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of linguistic theory and language structure, as well as experience with computational linguistics, corpus analysis, language data annotation, or LLM training.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective linguistic data curation and annotation strategies.
  • Annotate linguistic datasets with syntactic, semantic, or pragmatic labels to support the training of large language models.
  • Evaluate model behavior, error patterns, and generalization issues using linguistic knowledge and research findings.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or PhD in Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Expertise in one or more areas of linguistics, including syntax, semantics, pragmatics, morphology, phonology, and sociolinguistics.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
