Job Description

Drive Business Growth and Excellence as a Key Finance Professional.

We seek an exceptional individual to play a vital role in driving sustainable growth for our business and customers. As a key member of our Finance team, you will partner with commercial teams to drive franchise business growth, working closely with franchise partners to ensure timely closure of commercial arrangements.

Key responsibilities include supporting contract execution, updates, and renewals in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will also be responsible for enabling accurate and timely invoicing and billing, monitoring and following up on payment collection, highlighting overdue payments, and cross-verifying royalty calculations and other commercial terms in line with contracts.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve queries efficiently and provide business context to support decision-making.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial systems and software is desirable.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Partner with commercial teams to drive Franchise business growth, working closely with franchise partners to ensure timely closure of commercial arrangements.
  • Support contract execution, updates, and renewals in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enable accurate and timely invoicing and billing.
  • Monitor and follow up on payment collection, highlighting overdue payments.
  • Cross-verify royalty calculations and other commercial terms in line with contracts.
  • Validate partner-reported data and highlight discrepancies.
  • Assist with franchise partner account management, including payment reconciliation.
  • Provide business context to resolve queries efficiently.
  • Prepare finance committee and executive committee documents.
  • Fulfill various ad-hoc reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal finance, legal, and sales teams for smooth operational execution.
