Tender Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tender Analyst to join our EPC division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate tender opportunities, prepare competitive bids, and ensure compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
  • Analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EoIs, NITs) for solar EPC projects.
  • Prepare and submit detailed techno-commercial proposals within strict deadlines.
  • Cordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal) to gather required inputs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of submitted tenders, analyze win/loss performance, and track competitor activity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil), Commerce, or Management.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in tendering, contracts, or EPC projects (preferably in solar/renewable energy).
  • Solid understanding of Indian and international EPC tendering processes.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and cost estimation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender portal operations.
