Job Title: Digital Adoption Specialist

  • We are seeking a skilled and dynamic professional who will be responsible for driving the successful adoption of our product with clients. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of our platform with excellent communication skills to ensure effective delivery and support.
  • In this role, you will:

● Identify target audiences' training needs, acquire an understanding of customer applications and processes to derive actionable insights and use cases to improve digital adoption

● Manage numerous projects, initiatives, and engagements concurrently

● Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects and be compliant throughout

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to customers

● Consult, Ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions using our Product Ecosystem

● Review, analyze, and optimize solutions to increase digital adoption usage by end-users Required Expertise:

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Customer Success, Account Management and Software Development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with multinational stakeholders, understand purpose of various business and enterprise applications, processes, and user personas
  • Strong learning appetite to become an expert on our Products through Certification Programs In-depth knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment with inclination to solve issues, bottlenecks and problems with analytical mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field Preferred Skills:
    • Awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies
    • Worked in one or many industries verticals from IT, ITES, Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, FMCG and Oil and Gas
    • Knowledge of applications like ERP, CRM, CLM, etc such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, iCertis, etc would be an advantage Knowledge of Javascript, CSS, HTML will be an advantage
