AI Transformation Consultant

Key Responsibilities:- Learning & Development
- Participate in comprehensive training covering Gen AI, Agentic frameworks, Responsible AI, data fundamentals, cloud, and consulting practices.
- Shadow senior consultants during client sessions and delivery squads.
- Complete technical and consulting checkpoints.
- Project Support & Prototyping
- Support the design and development of AI prototypes, POCs, and accelerators.
- Assist in preparing client deliverables (roadmaps, assessments, business cases).
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads (data, CX, cloud, advisory).
- Innovation & Knowledge Building
- Research trends, tools, and academic insights in Gen AI and Agentic AI.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases, reusable assets, and IP libraries.
- Share findings via blogs, presentations, and community forums.
- Collaboration & Growth
- Work with mentors and squad leads for coaching.
- Participate in client workshops (observer → contributor).
- Contribute actively to team culture, co-creation sessions, and problem-solving exercises.
