The Role of a Digital Collections Team Leader

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Process Improvement and Compliance:
    • Identify and implement process efficiencies to streamline digital collections operations.
    • Ensure all collections activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital collections and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in digital marketing, campaign management, or collections.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas).
  • Proficiency in creating compelling presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

This role involves driving digital collections strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Digital Collections Team Leader is responsible for managing and motivating a team to achieve performance targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, excellent analytical skills, and a proven ability to lead a team.
