Team Lead – Education Counselling

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage our team of education counsellors. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading the team towards achieving targets and quotas, and ensuring timely follow-up with leads and clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and target-driven individual with excellent communication and leadership skills to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in team management, client relationship building, and meeting sales targets in the education domain.

  • Lead and manage a team of Education Counsellors.
  • Drive the team towards achieving sales targets and monthly quotas.
  • Monitor and report team productivity and performance on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure timely and accurate follow-up with leads and existing clients.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A proven 5-7 years of experience in leading a counselling/sales team in the education industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong client handling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire, coach, and lead by example.
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on results.
