Product Designer

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing user experiences that meet business objectives and drive user engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product design roles in high-growth startups or established tech companies. They will also have a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design case studies with measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design thinking processes from discovery to delivery
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and interactive mockups using industry-leading tools
  • Execute comprehensive user research including behavioral analysis, journey mapping, and usability testing
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on design handoffs and implementation quality assurance
  • Partner strategically with product and business teams to align design solutions with technical constraints and business objectives

Requirements:

  • Expert proficiency in Figma with advanced prototyping, component systems, and collaborative workflows
  • Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 guidelines and inclusive design principles
  • Passion for staying current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
