Job Description

We are seeking a Product Designer who is passionate about solving real-world problems and building intuitive, scalable design solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a startup environment and brings experience from B2B, healthcare or AI-driven products.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Translate user and product requirements into high-quality, usable designs for our suite of workflow products
  • Gather actionable insights through on-ground user research
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, client success, R&D and other teams
  • Advocate for and embed user-centred design thinking into every stage of the product development lifecycle
  • Leverage insights from qualitative and quantitative data to refine user experience and maximize product value

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related fields
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Expertise in conceptualizing and visualizing design through wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture
  • Solid foundation in UI/UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices
  • Strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills
  • Sound reasoning and decision-making grounded in user needs and product context
  • Proven experience with on-ground user research methods and fieldwork
