  • Guide the development team in understanding user journeys, fostering collaboration and seamless design implementation.
  • Create high-quality user interfaces, ensuring client approval and exceeding expectations.
  • Ensure the development team receives necessary design assets, streamlining the design-to-development process.
  • Closely review development builds, providing feedback to guarantee adherence to your UX/UI recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualities:
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical abilities, driving data-driven decisions.
  • Be confident, organized, humble, patient, soft-spoken, quick-learning, and driven to excel.
  • Possess 3+ years of experience in designing UX/UI for mobile app development projects.
  • Understand human interface guidelines and have basic knowledge of app development processes.
  • Ability to generate innovative concepts and help clients innovate is highly valued.
  • Hold solid hands-on experience with Figma and possess design thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of Scrum methodologies will strengthen your application.
