Job Title: Educational Career Advisor

At our organization, we are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Educational Career Advisor who is passionate about helping students build their careers in healthcare while achieving their own growth targets.

This role involves guiding leads from initial inquiry to successful course admission. As an Educational Career Advisor, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with prospective students, converting webinar attendees and registered leads into full-course admissions, and conducting structured counseling sessions to understand students' goals and suggest the right course.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
  • Convert webinar attendees and registered leads into full-course admissions.
  • Conduct structured counseling sessions to understand students' goals and suggest the right course.
  • Explain program benefits, career outcomes, and scholarship opportunities clearly.
  • Manage CRM tools (lead tracking, follow-ups, payments, EMI schedules).
  • Achieve daily calling targets (200+) and monthly admission goals.
  • Share reminders and follow-up messages on WhatsApp, email, and calls.
  • Build trust by explaining career roadmap (earn ₹30K–₹50K/month after certification).
  • Work closely with Team Leaders to improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in EdTech / Sales / Counselling / BPO.
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability.
  • Comfortable with daily call targets and revenue goals.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business & basic Excel.
  • Passion for education and healthcare sector is a plus.
