As a passionate international nursing career advisor, you will be guiding nursing professionals and students on global courses, licensing pathways, and career opportunities abroad.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct advisory sessions with nursing aspirants and guide them on study/career opportunities abroad.
  • Explain eligibility, admission processes, fees, visa requirements, and licensing exams.
  • Assist students with applications, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure conversion of enquiries into successful placements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for admissions, operations, and marketing.
  • Maintain student records, follow-ups, and advisory reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Education, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of advisory experience in education abroad, healthcare, or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of international nursing pathways.
  • Excellent communication (English + local language) and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with strong sales and conversion orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Customer Relationship Management tools.

KPIs include owning the sales funnel for the international nursing vertical, achieving monthly enrollment and revenue targets, maintaining a high advisory-to-conversion ratio, ensuring timely follow-ups and CRM hygiene, and supporting students through an end-to-end process with high satisfaction scores.
