Responsibilities

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement policies, procedures, and protocols that enhance patient care and experience.

  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and advancing our standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Essential)
  • Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice (Eligible for registration)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in a hospital or health center setting
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
