JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Intensivist

Qualification: MBBS, MD (Medicine / Anesthesiology / Pulmonary Medicine), DM (Critical Care Medicine) / Fellowship in Critical Care

Experience: Fresher – 10+ years (as per hospital requirement)

Core Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise ICU patients, ensuring high standards of care

Perform advanced life support procedures and invasive monitoring

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient management

Participate in clinical audits, mortality/morbidity meetings, and quality initiatives

Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, NABH/JCI standards, and patient safety policies

Guide and mentor ICU nursing and resident staff in critical care practices
