About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Program Advisor to join our team, who will play a crucial role in connecting warm leads with our world-class programs.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a progressive sales environment and providing exceptional customer service. As a Program Advisor, you will be responsible for advising career changers on how our education can help them launch into high-growth careers.

You will build and manage a pipeline of leads, provide customized information to interested students via phone and email, and guide learners through the enrolment process.

In this role, you will adhere to our inside sales process, tools, and data management processes and workflow. You will also provide valuable insights and feedback to leadership on call quality, observed trends, and student conversations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising career changers on our education and its benefits
  • Building and managing a pipeline of leads
  • Providing customized information to interested students
  • Guiding learners through the enrolment process
  • Adhering to our inside sales process, tools, and data management processes and workflow
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of inside sales/consultative selling experience
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong phone presence
  • Able to make 120+ dials and/or emails a day to connect with warm leads
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Growth mindset and ability to implement feedback
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a large pipeline
