Job Overview

The DevOps Program Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless software releases across our product portfolio.

This strategic position oversees the end-to-end quality processes, guaranteeing that software meets defined quality and reliability benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Oversight: The ideal candidate will own and drive DevOps programs across product teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery timelines.
  2. Release Management: Operationalize Release Management Process environment promotion strategy (Dev→QA→UAT→Prod), approvals, rollback plans, and audit trail.
  3. CI/CD Governance: Oversee CI/CD Governance implementation and optimization, ensuring automation and traceability.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as liaison between engineering, operations, product, and leadership teams to ensure transparency and accountability on release timelines and quality.
  5. Release Quality: Collaborate with Engineering and QE teams to develop and enforce testing standards and acceptance criteria to meet release functional & non-functional requirements.
  6. Risk Management: Proactively identify risks that could impact release scope, quality, or schedule and develop mitigation plans.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Define and track release KPIs related to deployment frequency, lead time, change failure rate, and system uptime.
