Product Release Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Release Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth release of products across various logistics applications.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing monthly, weekly, and emergency release cycles. This will involve coordinating with product teams to align on release windows and downtime schedules, as well as managing change activities via ServiceNow.

  • Release Management:
    • Develop and implement effective release management processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize release activities.
    • Ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure and systems.
  • Controls & Compliance:
    • Monitor control activities to ensure compliance with Integrated Control Framework (ICF) guidelines.
    • Identify and address gaps in control processes to minimize audit deficiencies.
    • Support annual assessments and corporate audit readiness initiatives.
  • Automation & Innovation:
    • Leverage AI and automation technologies to enhance control monitoring and anomaly detection.
    • Drive innovation in release and control processes to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Governance & Reporting:
    • Ensure Change Control Board (CCB) compliance across all logistics products.
    • Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for release and control performance.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in ServiceNow.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with integrated control frameworks and regulatory requirements.
