**Job Opportunity: Site Reliability Engineer**

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our systems. This includes:

  • Developing and maintaining monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki to guarantee system performance and reliability.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to design and implement scalable architecture and configuration management tools.
  • Analyzing complex systems and identifying potential issues to prevent downtime.
  • Conducting root cause investigations and implementing fixes to resolve incidents.
  • Automating tasks for enhanced efficiency and reliability using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Documenting processes and conveying technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in site reliability engineering or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of Linux and Windows systems.
  • Familiarity with system architecture and configuration management tools.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and Load Balancing protocols.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
  • Strong incident response and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Devops Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
