Business Development Trainee
As a Business Development Trainee, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest. This is an exciting opportunity to identify and qualify leads through effective communication and questioning, as well as research and gather data on target markets and potential customers.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and schedule follow-ups or demos
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in CRM systems
- Assist the sales team in nurturing and converting leads
- Share relevant product/service information with prospects
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion strategies
- Provide regular reports on lead status, call performance, and conversion rates
For this role, we are looking for individuals who have recently graduated or are students pursuing/completed graduation (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields). You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be confident, persuasive, and proactive with a willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively is essential.
