About the Role
This role involves overseeing the development of high-quality Questions Banks for assessments, managing Subject Matter Expert panels, and collaborating with other administrators to meet project objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop quality questions banks for assessments.
- Manage large numbers of Subject Matter Experts in assigned domains/subjects.
- Coordinate with SMEs to define selection criteria and strategy.
- Monitor SME performance and quality.
- Train and develop SME pools in various domains/subjects.
- Coordinate test development activities with SMEs.
- Create test designs in subjects of expertise and collaborate with SMEs to finalize designs in other domains/subjects.
- Support lead subject administrator in delivering projects and meeting organizational requirements.
Qualifications
- Subject matter expertise in school subjects up to 12th level as per NCERT syllabus.
- Broad understanding of the country's education system and NCERT/CBSE/Boards.
- Experience in assessment and evaluation related to the education sector.
- Strong command over English (written and spoken).
- Good command over spoken Hindi.
