About This RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead our investment and asset management initiatives across India. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, structuring, and executing real estate acquisitions, analyzing financial models and feasibility studies, and developing transaction term sheets.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate detailed financial models and feasibility studies to support investment decisions.
- Design optimal tax and capital structures for new acquisitions, coordinating with legal and financial advisors.
- Prepare investment memos, approval notes, and presentations for internal stakeholders and Investment Committee reviews.
- Manage due diligence processes and develop transaction term sheets, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills:
- Education: CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 14+ years of relevant experience in real estate, investments, acquisitions, or asset management.
- Proven ability to lead teams, take ownership of complex projects, and drive results aligned with organizational goals.
